Solar Update : X1.7 Class Solar Flare

At 18:37 UTC today the sun released an X1.7 Class flare from sunspot 1402 in the north west. A large coronal mass ejection seems to be headed away from Earth into the west. This is the seventh strongest of solar cycle 24. This follows the M3.2 class flare from sunspot 1401 and M8.7 class flare from sunspot 1402 last week. An R3 level radio blackout and an S2 level radiation storm have been caused by today’s activity. More info at solarham.com and spaceweather.com.

Keep an eye on the large coronal holes on the south side of the sun and sunspots. Might the next 100 sunspots put on an extraordinary show, as the sun reaches the zenith of solar cycle 24 ?

Is this a genuine anomaly – a natural formation or something artificial ? Maybe a UFO ? If this turns out to be some sort of UFO/USO, this could be the beginning of Marine UFOarchaeology ! All those little discs on Google Earth could turn into the most sought after objects on the planet ! Or maybe the Earth will turn out to be more unusual and a little more radial than we have come to believe. Time will tell.

Jonathon Reed Debunked

Some of my regulars will recall that I have made comments about some so called legitimate alien contact cases. One of these being Jonathon Reed, who I have insisted is faking his story and I would go so far as to say, he has been put into this situation. I still believe that this is the case, primarily because of how he is telling his story and because it would not be possible for him to do this to an alien entity. Nor would such an entity have reacted this way to his dog. I just cannot buy his story – it doesn’t feel right. Anyway, enough of my opinion. Today I watched a new video in which the team from Fake or Fact attempted to recreate what he said happened and test his story. Their conclusion – it only happened in his head. Make up your own mind. If it did happen, Jonathon Reed is a killer.

Fight for the Future (Without Fighting)

I was very pleased to see this morning that this weeks SOPA protest has seen the US Congress postpone voting on the proposed censorship Bill. I don’t think that that means this attempt at controlling free speech is over but it is a very promising situation. What encourages me most, is that according to Fight for the Future, some 10 million people signed the protest and 115,000 took part in the protest. For now the little people have kicked corporate/government butt ! But this may well be just the beginning.

And in case you didn’t think this was important because it’s a proposed American Congress Bill. Google is American and is the leading internet search engine. America has most of the world’s routers. Hollywood produces most of the world’s movies. America produces most of the world’s music. Youtube is American and may well be responsible for such movements as the Arab Spring. And that’s just a few core services that are based in America. China and India are not quite as internet lethal. America is the hub of the internet. Censor the internet in America and you censor the whole world.

Please consider taking action in the future to support this cause.

Stop Internet Censorship

People need to get off their ass and get proactive about voicing their opposition to this crack down on internet freedom. Yes, some legislation of some sort is needed to maintain a healthy, safe internet and piracy is a problem but this is not the solution. Each solution creates it’s own problems !

Anonymous calls the shots

Hi everyone. It’s interesting to note that Anonymous is starting to become more proactive about supporting freedom of choice and human rights. This is globalization in practice. When individual humans on one side of the planet come together as a collective to support the rights of all. A kind of movement of the balance of power if you like. Not all globalization is bad. In my mind most globalization has a positive benefit on our species – which is why I oppose anti-globalization protests. The real problem is when globalization rapes Earths resources without end and when individual cultures are lost in the collective. But globalization as a principal, is the natural direction of human cultural evolution. So when I see I all these movements – all these individuals coming together for a common cause, I’m really touched, whether I agree with the principles of these movements or not ! Just how far Anonymous will go is anyone’s guess but like so many movements and activists before them, they are reshaping the feel of democracy and the voice of humanity. Nice to hear Anonymous encouraging others to restrain from violence.

Keep your eye on the activities of Anonymous ! Wikileaks was just the beginning of Hactivists getting their hands dirty !!!

Be not afraid

Hey folks – I know I promised quite a while back to ease up on the doom and gloom and I would like to apologise for going against my word. I realize for many people that much of what I have to say is confronting and downright scary. So, I just wanted to say this. There is much change coming. Be not afraid. All that you need is within. We must remember love and compassion and our connection to all things, including each other – especially those who cause us greatest fear. We are one and through all that is to follow, we must remember that we are one and feel for others. If we continue to remember our empathy for one another – especially those who we see as our enemies and those that suffer more than us; then and only then will we have the opportunity to create a better world. Fear leads to hate. Be not afraid.

Urgent – Iran and Israel

Hi folks, on the back of things I have said in other posts, I want to urge you to stay interested in the brewing conflict between Iran and Israel. Please take notice also of the activities of Hezbollah, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Yemen, Turkey and of course the US’s reaction to Iran threatening to block the Strait of Hormuz. It will also worth watching China’s, Russia’s and N Korea’s reaction to the US.

While everyone is talking about the threat that Iran poses with it’s possible nuclear weapons, Israel is the only country that anyone knows for sure has nuclear weapons. Keep an eye on Israel’s response to Iran. I suspect that when the conflict escalates, and if there is a nuclear strike, that the strike will be pre-emptive and come from Israel and fall on Tehran. Don’t expect the ET’s to intervene in everything. We still need a big wake up call and this may be the one !!!

Here’s another catalyst (probably very strategic on Iran’s part) that may well speed up the conflict :
